Season ribs with salt and pepper, unless you bought pre-seasoned
Pour cola (or beer) into crock pot. Layer the ribs into the slow cooker. Place onion and garlic in the middle of ribs
Cook on High for 4 hours (or Low for 8 hours). Once ready to remove from crock pot,
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Transfer ribs to a lined baking sheet. Discard onion and garlic. Coat ribs with barbeque sauce. Bake in preheated oven until the sauce caramelizes and sticks to the meat, approx. 10 to 15 minutes
Enjoy with coleslaw and truffle mashed potatoes!
