Fall-Apart Crock Pot Ribs

Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds baby back ribs, trimmed – TBH, I loooove Costco Ribs (pre-seasoned)
  • 1 can Coke or beer
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup Your favorite bbq sauce

Instructions
 

  • Season ribs with salt and pepper, unless you bought pre-seasoned
  • Pour cola (or beer) into crock pot. Layer the ribs into the slow cooker.
  • Place onion and garlic in the middle of ribs
  • Cook on High for 4 hours (or Low for 8 hours). Once ready to remove from crock pot,
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Transfer ribs to a lined baking sheet. Discard onion and garlic. Coat ribs with barbeque sauce.
  • Bake in preheated oven until the sauce caramelizes and sticks to the meat, approx. 10 to 15 minutes
  • Enjoy with coleslaw and truffle mashed potatoes!
