Hey friends! Welcome back to the blog. I’m so glad you’re here! Today, I am excited to OFFICIALLY reveal our NEW master bedroom. Back in November, we made a move to our new construction home in the suburbs of Denver! We worked with the home builder Renaissance and it was a wonderful experience. Over the last several months, we have been settling in and working on making the house our home.

MY VISION FOR THE MASTER BEDROOM

So much love went into designing our master bedroom. In our last home, the master bedroom felt apartment-like. It wasn’t cozy & homey like our new space is. Our last bedroom was filled with cool, grey tones and it just didn’t feel like us anymore. This time around, we focused on a warmer color scheme while still keeping the overall look neutral.

The vision for the master bedroom was to create a relaxing feel. We wanted touches of nature throughout, so we incorporated a lot of wood furniture. We added a variety of warm colors like cream, beige, and light brown. Throughout, we utilized texture to create depth. From the chunky knit throw blanket, to the tufted leather chair, to the rug, to the duvet cover!
